How does pricing work?
We Charge a $89 Diagnostic fee. Diagnostic usually take around 15-20 minutes to complete. The technician will give you a written (paperless) estimate for the repair and will explain the scope of the repair with you. The diagnostic fee is a set fee. Every repair company has some “gimmick” on their fees. We are upfront with our pricing. Nothing is hidden. We learned at a young age that it is fair to make a little money (hopefully) from a lot of people instead of making alot of money from one person.
Why do you prefer texting?
We are a small family owned company who gives the most time to each customer that we can. We text to be able to better serve our customers remotly and for more accurate fast reponse time.
Why are you paperless?
Appliance Geek is technology driven, it is 2026 most of us go digital, and if not we can still send you a paper bill. There is much more interaction with texting and emails today. It is 2020's who doesn't have email address?
