Is my appliance worth repairing?
Most of the time it is. It usually is more economical and eco-friendly to repair an appliance than to replace it. Not only, throwing away an appliance creates waste, but some of the materials in these appliances can be harmful to the environment. Furthermore, it incurs additional costs of delivery and installation.

How does pricing work?
We Charge a $79 diagnostic fee. Diagnostic usually take around 15-20 minutes to complete. The technician will give you a written (paperless) estimate for the repair and will explain the scope of the repair with you. The diagnostic fee is a set fee. Every repair company has some “gimmick” on their fees. We are upfront with our pricing. Nothing is hidden. My parent taught me that it is fair to make a little money (hopefully) from a lot of people instead of making alot of money from one person.
Why do you prefer texting?
We are a small company, Elaine is usually on the phone giving great customer service. I don't know how she does it but she thrives on it. Texting allows our technicians and support staff to answer most questions quickly. If you end up getting the office voicemail please leave a message. Elaine will call you back. Please remember we are a small company and Elaine is our one person office. If you end up getting our voicemail it means that Elaine is on the phone when you called in.
Why are you paperless?
Appliance Tech is technology driven. It is efficient. There is much more interaction with texting and emails today. It is 2020's who doesn't have email address?
What is early morning or late day service?
We strive to meet our customers scheduling need's. Early morning appointments are between 7am-8am. Your technician will arrive between 7am-8am.

Late Day Appointments your technician will arrive between 5-7pm.

We charge a premium for these appointment times.
