Yes all repairs are covered for 90 days

We Charge a $79 diagnostic fee. Diagnostic usually take around 15-20 minutes to complete. The technician will give you a written (paperless) estimate for the repair and will explain the scope of the repair with you. The diagnostic fee is a set fee. Every repair company has some “gimmick” on their fees. We are upfront with our pricing. Nothing is hidden. My parent taught me that it is fair to make a little money (hopefully) from a lot of people instead of making alot of money from one person.

We are a small company, Elaine is usually on the phone giving great customer service. I don't know how she does it but she thrives on it. Texting allows our technicians and support staff to answer most questions quickly. If you end up getting the office voicemail please leave a message. Elaine will call you back. We strive to meet our customers scheduling need's. Early morning appointments are between 7am-8am. Your technician will arrive between 7am-8am. Late Day Appointments your technician will arrive between 5-7pm. We charge a premium for these appointment times.
